Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.95 in the United States. Due to agreements with our vendors, we are not able to ship outside of the United States.
Standard shipping in the continental U.S. will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS Priority Mail only.
If you need overnight, two-day or three day shipping, there are options at checkout to upgrade your shipping shipping speed.
Insurance of $50 per package is automatically included. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us at 503-589-9794 or info@footwearexpress.com.
All orders on in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If orders are placed by 10AM (PST) on a weekday, items often ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will typically be fulfilled the following Monday. In certain cases, we may need additional processing time to transfer your shoe to our order fulfillment location.

Returns
Return/Exchange Policy
At Footwear Express, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy for details on how to do so.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
• Regular Price Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment arrival date for a full refund. Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment arrival. Store credit will be issued for sale items returned to us.
Condition of Items:
All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear. This includes the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
• Shoes: If shoes are returned in worn condition, a refund will not be issued. Worn shoes will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
• Shoe Box: If the original shoe box is not returned with the item or if shipping labels are adhered to the box, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Return Deadlines:
• 30-Day Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Late Returns: Items returned past the 30-day deadline will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Customer Responsibilities:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and accepted.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
• Contact us at info@footwearexpress.com within the 30-day window to initiate the return or exchange process.
• Package the item securely, ensuring all original materials are included.
• Return the item to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
