Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.95 in the United States. Due to agreements with our vendors, we are not able to ship outside of the United States.
Shipping in the continental U.S. will be via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS Priority Mail only.
If you need overnight, two-day or three day shipping, there are options at checkout to upgrade your shipping shipping speed.
Insurance of $50 per package is automatically included. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us at 503-589-9794 or info@footwearexpress.com.
All orders on in stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If orders are placed by 10AM (PST) on a weekday, items often ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will typically be fulfilled the following Monday.

Returns
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges on regular price items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Sale items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for sale items.
Any merchandise being exchanged or returned must be in ORIGINAL condition, with no signs of wear.
If shoes are returned to us in worn condition we will not issue a refund. Worn shoes will be returned to the customer at their own cost. Items returned to us past the 30 day deadline will also not receive a refund and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
